How do I return my order? 

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us free of charge for a refund or credit note.

Australian Online Purchases 

Drop your parcel off at your local post office, in its original condition, and post it to: 

Ghost Outdoors Returns, 39 Bassendean Road, Bayswater, 6053, Western Australia.

Items purchased on GhostOutdoors.com can not be returned or exchanged at stores selling Ghost Outdoors.

Australian and New Zealand In-Store Purchases

For in-store returns, please bring your item back to the store you purchased from and discuss the store's returns policy. 

If your product is faulty, please email at gday@ghostoutdoors.com with a photograph, and proof of purchase, and we'll be happy to provide you with a full replacement the product.

International Online Purchases

Return shipping on international orders is the responsibility of the purchaser for full refund on price of goods.
